Why PPP can only lead Pakistan in modern day politics ?

If I ask you what changed the entire world and its dynamics, obviously, obviously you would reply 9-11 but surely I will differ with your opinion because being human beings and then specially if one hails from Pakistan his/her memory hardly remembers historic happenings. Thus in fact its not the 9-11 which changed the entire scenario in our national and international politics but there are many happenings, developments and tragedies which not only changed the political dimension but also certain developments became threat and opportunity for many nations, for instance east and west Germany are living together and all happened because of defeat to communism. In Pakistan’s case not only 9-11 but if we go in to the history and we dig out certain happenings we will find that Bhutto’s Judicial murder and then Benazir Bhutto’s assassination not only changed mind sets of society but also regional politics.

It would not be consider wrong If we say that Bhutto’s struggle for democratic Pakistan didn’t only change Pakistan but also the mind sets of the society, a society where feudal lords had all the privileges, a society where downtrodden were considered servants but yes it was Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s revolutionary struggle which gave voice to downtrodden of Pakistani society, it was Benazir Bhutto’s restless struggle which gave Pakistan a Missile System which today acts as Minimum deterrence for Pakistan, It’s Asif Ali Zardari’s struggle back sitting in Jail, when Benazir Bhutto was all alone fighting against the tyrant civilian martial laws, Asif Ali Zardari stood with Benazir Bhutto and proved that Benazir’s choosing Asif Ali Zardari as her Husband was a right decision for which she remained proud of till her death.

But the Question why PPP can only lead Pakistan in Modern day Politics ? If this question would be asked to any sane person or either insane ones  or even the same question if going to be asked to right wing activists of Pakistan or right wing media of Pakistan either they are going to laugh or will consider you insane but in reality keeping our political affiliation aside what PPP has delivered in last 40 years non other could or may deliver, because the sole reason for this notion is that PPP is the only political party which has literate leaders like Aitizan Eshan, Raza Rabbani, Qamar Zaman Qaira, Sherry Rehman, Fozia Wahab (Late), Nisar Khouro, Shazia Marri, Navaid Qamar  can count many but want to stay on topic, let me add clarity to my stance, If you are aware about parliamentary democracy and legislation process then obviously there is no need to detail you what these above mentioned leaders did for Pakistan’s constitution and legislation.

Last but not least Pakistan Peoples Party is the only party for last many years, which may be counted as Federation or federal party, its the only party which has roots from Quetta to Gilgit, from kashmir to Gwadar, from Karachi to Khyber and from Landhi to Torkhum, then again its the only party which has roots in civil society, it has its Lawyers, Students, Farmers, Peasants, Labors as its members, its the voice of downtrodden Pakistani society. Off course we don’t have any other political party of Pakistan which may have Lawyers wings, Labors wing, Farmers wing, Student wing as active as PPP’s. For years it remained nursery for cultivating politicians and the most of politicians it cultivated during its hard and worst time, when it was being persecuted in Pakistan badly.

What People don’t know about Owais Muzaffar Tappi ?

Where do i start from, where do I end. The Man known as Owais Muzafar Tappi and some times defacto chief Minister Sindh, The man whom i usually witness being bashed by Pakistani medium specially the one being operated from Karachi, The man who never comes on Tv, but usually  he is the subject whenever you switch on any current affair’s show. PPP’s leadership has never ever receieved the place and respect in Pakistani medium, which it desreve from very first day of its inception. The Party and leadership which rendered great services for the people of Pakistan has never recieved the acknowledgement of its great efforts for Pakistan and its Peoples. But contrary to this there has been worst allegations against its leadership and party too.

The Same Happened with the guy knew as Owais Muzzafar Tappi, who has been a great source for jobless and homeless workers of Pakistan Peoples Party. Since he started taking interest in social welfare of PPP workers, he had to face worst criticism from the baised Tv journalists who never leave a single chance to bash PPP and its leadership, for whom it’s always a pleasure to level allegations against PPP leadership. The best thing that should be complemented is that even the Medium being one pillar among the four pillars of state always remain hostile to PPP, contrary to this anither the PPP leadership nor doeas the workers ever seen involved in attack either on medium or any of journalist.

But the question which keeps jumping in our minds are why do these some of  journalists have problems with Owais Muzzafar Tapi, who neither holds any public office nor does he has any of PPP’s Office. What people do not know him and should be told is that even there has been campaign against Owais Muzafar tappi but still he enjoys a popular support in PPP workers. The area where my Family has been living almost for last 40 years is a rural village in New Karachi, where majority of the residents living are those downtroddens or labourers, and they have been supporting MQM for more then last 25  years but there houses and society was never regularized ( Leased) contrary tp this an attempt was made to demolish the entire society when Arbab Ghulam Rahim  was in power but thanks to Mr. Owais Muzzafar Tappi who managed to get regularised almost 800 societies of karachi including my society, even though he has not got any stake in my area but the area which was neglected of its rights for years was given right just because of the efforts of Mr. Owais Muzaffar, who not only provided us lease  to our area but along with this Auto- Rakshaws were given to three of jobless graduates living on my street by Owais Muzzafar,who happily have been earning their bread and butter driving those autos rakshaws from across the city known as city of lights.
